Friendliness

I was at a local grocery store this morning kneeling down to look at the GoMacro bars. A little boy who was in the aisle with his mom came up to me and said “Hi! My name is William!”  We proceeded to have a friendly conversation about our favorite colors and all the choices of granola bars. His cheerful friendliness reminded me that sometimes it doesn’t take a lot to bless someone else and make them smile too!

Mom and I went to a going away party for Marlys today. (She is on the right.) She ran the Cradle of Hope program at work for many years. She and her husband are moving to Florida in a couple weeks and we will miss them.

Rend Colletive Concert

 Amy and I helped out at the Rend Collective concert held at our church last weekend!

 They were such fun!  But SO LOUD. :O  I mainly listened from the lobby!

 There is a lot of work that goes on after a concert.
