and see so many AMAZING old houses!

First Snowfall

Christmas Eve

 Caleb and Ana came up for Christmas Eve and stayed over for a couple days!  Ana was not feeling so well (she had pinkeye) so she stayed at our house, but the rest of us went to the Christmas Eve service at church.

 My favorite part is when we light our candles and sing Silent Night. =)

 When we got home we ate dinner and then opened gifts!

PRC's Pie Auction

Dozens of pies were donated by many people to raise money for the Pregnancy Resource Center. 

 Amy and I had fun being the photographers for the event!

Seth and Sarah's Wedding Reception!

Our friend Sarah got married about a month ago out in western South Dakota.  We were not able to attend the wedding, but went to their MN reception at Iron Wood Springs Christian Ranch.  I remember camping there when I was little and going to a week of  summer camp as well one year. They have added a few buildings, but some of it still looked familiar!

The reception was held in one of the new buildings overlooking the river.  Such a pretty place!

 All the food except for one cake was gluten free, which was really nice for Amy!

 Root Beer, Cream Soda, Orange Soda, pop corn, nuts, M&Ms, s'mores ready to go....they had so many yummy treats out for the guests!

 Amy and I went on a wagon ride with some of the other guests. =)

November Crowded House!

This month's event was hosted by the K family from church. Their house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and looked like it should have been featured in a magazine! We had around 50 people attend and the evening was such fun! =)

Amy and I are so thankful for Elisa and Emily who helped us out in the kitchen with food prep, and for Travis, Ted, and Mikayla who came back to the church kitchen with us to clean up!
