Mom's birthday was yesterday and Ana made a delicious Panini sandwich for her meal! It was made with sliced beef and turkey, Havarti cheese, baby spinach, homemade onion marmalade and a horseradish sauce drizzled in it. It was amazing!!
A creamy Oreo and Mint dessert was the cake!
In the evening we went to hear the Crist Family in concert in a nearby town with friends from church. It was a wonderful Christmas concert, and a great way to end the day!!
